If the video is blurry or if the audio is sputtering, then consider watching it using the Internet Explorer browser.

You may want to download the video and watch it using your Window's Media Player.
Steps:

Then select an item below relative to your browser in the popup menu:

Then select the folder location where you want to save the video.
Now you can double click on the video where you saved it and windows should open your video and play it.
